Sunday Selections: 1960s Takes On Contemporary Paris

Today’s set of photos from the archive is actually from a very recent file. I spend a fair bit of time in the area of the Canal St Martin in Paris, a famous location for a fair few films including Hotel du Nord starring Arletty back in 1938. My selection harks back to a 1960s take on the area: more J-P Belmondo than Arletty. But I only say that because I used a 1962 filter on the photos from the Camera Bag app I love so much.

Idea for meme from Frogspondrock.
